I went there for my first time ever today and paid $21 for 2 people and i went in and its a buffet and all the food looked like shit and nothing good.I felt so ripped off i nibbled on a piece of fried chicken and said fuk this and went and got a little ice cream bad mistake even the ice cream sucked bad!! taste like plado.Anyone else been to this place.? I cant beleive people come back here

Yeah i see it around all the touraists places and see lots of commercials so i thought id try it.It was penetrating terrible everything looked so bad even the pizza was shit and it was cold.i felt like it was a scam.

I have ate at several of them when I was doing business in the United States and always had good food at an affordable price. Like any restaurant if the person in charge is not taking care of business, then things will go bad.

We have one down the street. Few years back it was great -fresh and very good food. Kept the place clean too. I would get a steak which was decent , then spaghetti with a fresh meat sauce lots of meat in it. It was not corporate owned and was taken care of.

Then it shut down for about a year then re-opened. Now it is corporate owned. The only thing good now is that the price went down Per Person. Food is nowhere near what it was. Steak has lots of gristle, Spaghetti is not fresh as before and now they just have a watered down sauce no meat in it. Place is very dirty too unlike before.

I gave up eating in a buffet - yep I admit I did more than a few times.

Now, I make my own. I know what goes into it - learned a lot from my dumpster diving days

Foods still terrible if ya ask me, but he did the right thing in that particular situation... Looked like he got heat for it as well. That's good the company bumped him up, country needs more like him.

You can keep the expensive buffets in vegas.. I kept an open mind every time a friend wanted to go while out there and tried all the good ones.. Bellagio, Wynn, Palms, etc.. ... the only time i will even consider it is for breakfast.

But I still don't dig it.. walking around with the plate.. etc..

I personally love buffets except the fact you feel like chit after you leave from eating so much! I really like there pot roast and the soups/chili.

Probably been 20 years since I ate there. When I sit down for a meal something about eating mediocre food at best ,while looking around at hoards of fat people and loud kids just doesnt appeal to me much.

And $21 is a lot of money imo for 2 people.For that much i would expect something to be decently good.But nothing there and i mean literally nothing was good.It looked so shitty sitting there i felt so tooken for my $21 and i felt reallly bad for my GF because she was all excited to go to a new retuarunt to have lunch i think that was the worst part of all.she didnt eat anything she only had 2 strawberries and dipped them in the penetrating white trash chocolate fountain.And then whats even more annoying is they have some fuking pushy pesty waitress asking you if you want "Complementary coffe" or a refill of pop or if she can get you something from the buffet!!!No i dont its a fukin self serve buffet do they really need a fukin waitress to harass you every 2 minutes???so now you have to tip another $3-$4 so now your looking at about $25 for GFS quality food.Guys that have never been there please listen to me and dont go there or reccomend anyone else to go there.I would feel horrible if i made a group of friends go there with me.

Never been to Golden Corral but the worst chain restaurant is Applebees. Food is fukkin garbage, Only thing good about Applebees is that it has a bar. Fukk Applebees
