#2Jogging is for gheys. Or for small people.
I walk for an hour at a fast pace, every so often break into a full blown sprint for 70 yards or so.
as far as shoes, I prefer the nike lunar-glide. So fcking comfortable.Comment -

#7Go to a true running store ,a small store that will take the time to fit you with a shoe that fits your gait.
Poor fitting sneaks are big cause of injury.Comment -

#8you cant just ask what a good running shoe is
you need to determine if you have a high or low arch firstComment -

#10Be prepared to spend $200 on a good pair of runners. They are worth it.
Put Adidas and New Balance on your short list too.Comment -

#11Under Armour blows Nike and Adidas away.
Been running since high school and this SpeedForm line is the best value for money.
If you want to drop top $ on a shoe get Asics, but I would rather save the money and buy a high end foam roller.Comment -

#15I like the Asics Gel-Kayano. Very comfortable for me, but running shoes are completely personal. What works for me, may not work for you.Comment -

do really think nfl edge pass rushers (which is my build) jog for extended periods?
they sprint you idiot.
all of you 5'9'' 160 pound fruits jog all you want.
us 6'4'' 260 pound men will stick to weights and sprints. I've got zero interest in losing 60 pounds and becoming a jogger.
Fwiw, fat fcks don't have my size, speed, strength, body fat percentage.
clearly joking about joggers being gheys.Comment -

#24Yeah, was just comparing the Adrenaline and the Kayano. The Adrenaline is much nicer looking and cheaper too, probably going to get that one now. It's funny that a no name shoe like Brooks make way better cardio shoe then Nike. I'm doing 3-4 miles straight right now when I go out on my weekly jogs. Does that shoe fit true to it's size? Should you get half inch bigger.Comment -
