Spoke with a cop here in Fairfield, where there is less than 2 percent black, this local cop I know hangs out with some NYC cops, now I am not encouraging this or anything else, just passing along some of the chit chat with this cop that works here, he said "I pity a black suspect in NYC if collared by "so and so" a white cop he knows in NYC, "he'll tune him up so hard......, and he knows how to without leaving evidence too"
