This is actually a friend of mine. He didn't sell loose cigs. He sold taxfree Indian reserve cigarette packs for $8. In ny these cigs are $12 or $13. All he did was provide a service. He was a big nigg but harmless. Really a nice dude.

The cop was 100% wrong for the choke hold, but I understand why it happened. You have a guy that big, resisting arrest. It's not easy to control the guy. I really don't care what the charge is by the way. Don't resist arrest and 99% of the possible bad things that could happen go out the door.
