Visiting. Whenever I go to vegas I play this game where I figure out how much a car rental costs and then I buy the best car I can for that amount of money when I get there, put temp tags on it, and leave it in a parking lot somewhere when I fly home.

U know the strip hotels are lil expensive but u can get nice breakfast in down town [ 5 - 10 dollars ] and bus take u there if u visiting and staying in strip hotel . if ur local and have a car than , u can hit any casino on the west site or regular restaurants for breakfast there is so many of them !
