    Chokehold Cops Skate!!! More riots????
just as the dust starts to settle, and the blood in the streets in Ferguson starts to fade away, word just broke in Staten Island that Eric Garner's killers -- the cops -- will not be indicted even tho they killed this big black mo fo with an illegal choke hold that has been banned for years...........

fuk, i better go down to the corner and pick up more 40 oz Old English's and some cigarillos to roll some bad ass blunts, as it's gonna be another night of civil unrest.

watch the video of how these cops killed Eric Garner, it'll make you sick.............

When asked to put hands behind back...should have complied and he'd be home as we speak eating more food from his illegal business and tax avoidance scams while using his asthma inhaler and insulin for his diabetes provided by said tax dollars he scammed by selling untaxed cigs

Guy had multiple convictions and was well known by local PD...so why fight every time you get caught.

His physical condition contributed to his death, but he doesn't die that day without being taken down by an illegal chokehold.

First off...he's been arrested 31 times in that spot at last count given to the public...so this ONE time went bad for him.

Second...the chokehold is not illegal. Lets not get all hands up don't shoot mythological in the emotions on this one....the hold was taken out of the training manual by the state in 1993 but there is NO law , criminal statute, addressing it. So thats why no criminal indictment for it. It's like single vs double locking with the handcuffs....if someone does one vs the other that has changed in the manual...they are not criminally liable for it....simple protocol measure NOT law breaking. This is the one thing thats been pushed by the Sharptons and others just like skittles and iced tea and hands up giving up with Brown.....getting the 'illegal' word in the narrative for the passer by to judge the outcome but its simply not a fact.

Fine, not it's not an illegal chokehold. It was an improper chokehold and one that if it had involved citizen on citizen rather than a cop on citizen it would have at the very least resulted in a manslaughter charge.

As I said on another thread I thought Wilson was most likely justified ...this is not.

Cop went against department policy used a choke hold which was completely unnecessary in this INDIVIDUAL situation and led to the mans death. At minimum he should go to trial for manslaughter.

Possibly but then again citizen on citizen in general is a battery charge. Cops have leeway because of the daily hands on involvement by nature on calls they aren't coming to deal with Mr Rodgers. It's no secret that selling untaxed cigs is not a felony or violent crime but it's also a fact that the most innocent looking cases are the ones where cops end up dead so the split second actions are tough to pin on these guys....my opinion. Just watching the video....garner is implicit he is not going to put hands behind his back...the cop they tried to indict grabs his wrist and is pulled away from that's when he grabs the hold and pulls garner to the ground....no different than standard arrest rule where you control wrist against car for pat downer by thumbs...if the person pulls away you then take them down best way you can which usually involves slamming head first to the ground.....unless you want the cop to let go and let garner turn around and punch or kick or run...then just walk beside him asking pretty please stop or else I'm gonna gently caress your arm til you lay down and put pillow under head for comfort.

Said on the news he had a heart attack during the arrest. Maybe he applied the choke so they didn't have to beat him down for resisting. I doubt the cop who choked him intended on killing him as they probably knew the guy well by his arrest record. I think this cop should be in trouble for applying the choke for too long and should have gotten punished. But for Christ's sake, if you don't want to get killed or get your ass kicked by the cops, don't give them a reason to.

lol how are you not a liberal? Honestly. I know you can't see it so we can keep playing.

your logic is truly comical. I think you need to watch the video again or maybe re-read your own post. How many times had he been arrested in the same spot before?

Yeah, the cop had a real tough split second decision to make there lol. I just hope you live long enough to see what world you've created for your children.

Hey, can you give your opinion on the 12 year old shooting, never saw your defense of it lol. I would enjoy reading it.

I've watched the Garner videos several times. And stick by the fact that when the officer they tried to indict went to place him in cuffs he pulled away so the officer took him down. Thats what happens when you resist arrest.

The 12 year old shooting was wrong...that one we agree on. Rookie cop screwed up...will get indicted. He rolled up and just shot without having the driver pull a distance away to observe or command better. Dumb from the get go. That being said....where was the kids parents and should have taught him better than to walk around in the city waving a weapon....fake or not. Its one thing if he was in rural Illinois but in Chicago proper....hell no. Same goes for the Carolina trooper arrested for shooting the black guy on video at the gas station a few months ago...needs to go to jail.....the trooper in California pummeling the black woman on the highway...hope he serves time as well.

some people hate the folk. I've resisted arrest a few times. Got tazed on the square twice in front of Ajax diner in oxford, ms. I was drunk sittin on a bench smoking a cig (can't smoke in bar) and two cops told me to get up I was going to jail for no reason so I resisted, tazed , resisted more , tazed again then stopped resisting. FUKK da po lease..

@jasonjross Car accident on interstate going 75. Cop didn't breathalyze, make me walk a line, or ask speed. Small ticket. #CrimingWhileWhite

Drugged and assaulted by a white Naval officer. Police said pursuing was a waste of time. Wouldn't even question him #crimingwhilewhite

your logic is truly comical.

He's an ignorant jew who thinks he's just like whites, who dont give a flying phuck about him. A self asserted racist who served in the military who counted on blacks to insure his very own life, how hypocritical is that. Ive been on bases and talked to quite a few whites who went into the military somewhat racist but came out having totally different views, but this guy, give me a break.

How am I racist for saying the same thing about whites as I do blacks? The fact that you say this while pointing out the Jewish thing shows I am across the board logic while you narrow in on race/religion so pot meet kettle? The difference in you and me is if I'll judge anyone based on their personal circumstance and not just out of race. Mike Brown was a thug and criminal who was stupid to pick a fight with the officer.....not racist just the facts...the white Trooper in Carolina who shot the black guy going for his license was an idiot and deserved the arrest he got. There ya go.

The guy that filmed this chokedown has been indicted for weapons possession. Police said that he slipped a .25 caliber handgun into a teenager's waistband, but Ramsey is claiming the police did it as revenge for the video that he shot.

His "Planted Weapon" story could be believable if he wasn't a convicted felon with 26 arrests.

Just dont feel like many people are in real life like they portray online. Got a feeling if you ran across my brother who's a retired marine, whose fought in the Gulf War and Iraq War, that you would come across the way you do online, get the feeling you guys would strike up a nice conversation, Ive seen it many happen many times. Just seems 99% of the time I already know how your posts are gonna come across here once I click on a particular thread, yet you may not really feel as wholeheartedly about the things you post.

At that point, the officers are allowed to put hands on
( which would be the definition of a battery )

They are then allowed to use force necessary to complete the arrest.

If the guy had just complied, they would have cuffed him up and gone.

I can pretty much get along with anyone would definitely buy the man a beer. At same time I'm pretty blunt about where I stand on here and in front of me. Hell I'm married with a 5 year old girl to handle plus all the drama that comes with dealing with 3 younger sisters so I'm not looking to impress anyone with false empathy . On the police stories I do give most the benefit of the doubt in the 50/50 cases...never been a cop but have dealt with less than stealer personality types in military and contract work so I understand the training and mindset more than I do watching the CNN legal analyst armchair quarterback it and over do it on theatrics for ratings. Sure there are bad cops...but at same time the other 99% of good ones would be sorely missed if they all walked out on the job tomorrow so I just feel the new outrage is a little misplaced right now on the media frenzy.
