Just think about it for a second. Without police this country will be like Somalia. Now ask yourself this question. Would you like to live in Somalia or in the USA? If you answered Somalia then you like Michael Brown's actions. If you answered USA you approve the police actions.

How is it taken out of context? They were improperly advised on the actual law.

Bottom line: the prosecutor did not want an indictment. It's the equivalent of throwing the game. They didn't want the indictment. Not hard to see how the grand jury picked up on that. If the prosecutor doesn't believe in the case, why should they? The prosecutor presented Wilson's defense -- that's not how grand juries are supposed to operate. Affirmative defenses are for a trial. From McCullough keeping the case to the farce grand jury, they obviously wanted no indictment and wanted rioting.
Its true the prosecutors heart wasn't in the indictment. But think about it from a calm standpoint. The 'hands up' myth has been disproven...the sweet college bound teen has been disproven...the gentle giant wouldn't hurt a lady bug myth has been disproven.....from an unemotional aspect the facts show a cop and a robbery suspect...a fight...and officer acting in line of duty. Take out the 'slavery caused this' and larger institutional issues and focus on THIS CASE. The 90 seconds in time. Its clear they made the right call.

Doesn't matter if Mike Brown was a thug or not. Multiple attorneys in my family and most of you all here really don't know much about anything. For starters, all the investigation presented to the prosecution is in favor of Darren Wilson. Why? Prosecutors work with the police. Why? Because prosecutors need assistance in locking up the bad guy. The bad guy typically isn't a police officer. Does anyone know how many votes were needed to not indict? 9. How many white jurors were there? Hmmm..... that's right 9. Officer Wilson most likely told these black kids to get the penetrate out the street. They said some shit back. He pulled it in reverse and opened the door. Mike Brown slammed door in his face. He hits the pigs ass and possibly goes for gun. Gets shot a couple times and flees. Cop is pissed off and embarrassed he got bitch slapped and doesn't call for backup because he is out for blood. Cop unloads on him from a distance. Cops lie people. If Mike Brown was killed in car then there isn't an issue.

Nope. The right call is to take it to trial and let a jury decide. If a proper case is made by a prosecutor and a jury finds him not guilty, then fine. That's the process. But what they did was a farce. There is enough for probable cause for a jury to decide. Wasn't even a need for a grand jury. Just charge him.

You forget the Grand Jury was made up and set in place BEFORE the shooting so there was no intent to swing it to whitey. And its a makeup of the county not just Ferguson. So there is that.

And to just break it down by racial lines....your view is part of the problem. Doesn't matter that a majority white jury was in place, thats the geographic makeup and they typically have people from all backgrounds and economic circumstances but to say 'whites vote white and blacks vote black' on this case is ridiculous. The prosecutor there has already prosecuted over 33 cops since he;s been in office, 20 convictions and 5 pending so consider that.

And of course he was somewhat sympathetic to the officer....have to consider as I posted above, the facts and scenario not just the media hyped narrative. Cop in well know gang area, confronts multiple suspects and is looking for the robbery aspect, he's involved in a fight and caught in the non dominant position being seated in the vehicle by a larger combatant....combatant does not yelled to commands to stop even after being shot....police don't have to run and hide they are paid to chase and apprehend or defend against life/death every day so the standard for Wilson was different than the standard for a civilian. But that logic....every time someone runs from the police...they should just let them go because they fear having to do what is necessary? In 90 seconds or less, all Wilson knows is himself vs Brown, nothing else to go on. Armchair Qbing is fun.

Brown was no longer a threat. I typically side with police as I was an officer for 2 years before changing careers. Policing needs to change, bottomline. 75% of cops are extremely prejudice.

6'4 300 pounder wrestling for a cop's gun deserves to get shot.
Not to mention he just robbed a store a few moments earlier.

Black males ages 15-35 make up 5% of the US Population.
They account for > 40% of crime in the US.

Blacks rioting over the police busting some heads? Looks like to me the police arent busting enough of them to get that crime rate down. All the testimony (that is credible, not the liars like Dorian) back up the officer's account. Not to mention, it backs up the forensics taken from the scene.

All the liberals, black racists, and wiggers defending this thug are penetrating retards. Young black males need to start respecting authority figures and obeying the law. Of course, its hard to learn respect when you dont have a father in the home (73% of blacks born out of wedlock). Black America has no one to blame but themselves for the plight they are in. If they want to up their standard of living and make people stop hating them - stop committing crime and having out of wedlock children. Be a family unit and obey the law. End of story.

Every other race has assimilated into the US except these ignorant fools who wants to glamourize being a thug, criminal, rapper, drug dealer, living off welfare checks, and living ghetto fabulous as something to aspire too.

You say he wasn't a threat but until you were in the street fighting him, shot him, and he is still coming....gotta lean cop in this one. Wasn't a street fight once the weapon is out of the holster. Different level. And if you were a cop, you'd know that as well as dealing with someone on drugs...I;ve seen police baton the hell out of a dude...metal to his shins after the hammy hit did;t work...he kept going...ended up actually breaking/dislocating his worst in the melee and he was still fighting three of them. So once its one on one with Brown/Wilson plus no idea where Dorian was once he got out...Brown should have surrendered instead of being hard. This is what happens.

Did you happen to catch that video of Mike Brown throwing around the proprietor of a store like a rag doll? That motherfukker should sprayed by machine gun fire on the spot. But, putting aside the fact that Wilson deserves a medal, the world is 100% positive that this witness-backed street incident was started by a aggressive goon and not a college bound gentle giant.

It is pathetic that millions would rally around vermin like that guy.

Considering most cops (not all) are on the streets most of the time, maybe there is a basis for that

Some call it prejudice or racial profiling. I call it common sense. When you got 5% of people committing over 40% of the crime, they should be looked at more closely. If they arent, then the cops arent doing their job. Plus, if you consider the amount of black on black crime in the US - racial profiling is helping to PREVENT crime from happening to blacks (that is law abiding blacks). Ghetto thug criminals hate racial profiling because it makes it harder for them to perpetuate their urban terrorism in America's cities.

I wish the police would shoot more criminals. I dont care what color the criminals are and dont care what color the cops are that shoot them. Its bad enough we let people sit on death row for 30 years.

Very interesting piece of forensics that I haven't heard mentioned until the weekend from the shooting scene. The farthest pool of blood from Brown was 20+ feet behind his body where he finally fell and died from the head shot. Now when you look at the animation and layout this pretty much puts a seal on the facts.....Mike was turning and coming back toward the officer so no way in hell he was fleeing and begging for his life and was gunned down as portrayed by the family. You have the car...wilson in front of it....the Browns body and PAST his body was a trail of blood spatter which indicates he was up the road after being shot in the car struggle but DID turn around and move back in toward Wilson....how else can you explain the blood being 20+ feet from where his body rested at as well as the abrasions and scratches on knee and arms indicative that momentum carried his body downward and skidded on the pavement lifeless after being in motion not standing still 'hands up don't shoot' posture.
