No. i worked there for six weeks full time because they were busy and needed me. does that make sense? it was only gonna be a few weeks but they kept me on longer then i expected.

Oh. Through a temp agency? Those temp agencies never existed here in America until around 25 years ago. They are going to be the death of the middle class! I weep for the future of the young. I remember back in the day when only one parent worked (no high school education) and it was enough to buy a nice house, a cottage, some boats, a few cars & plenty of money in the bank. Now a days I see kids who have graduated from University with 1 or even 2 degrees & are working at coffee houses & up to their eyeballs in debt. It's madness! Pure madness!!

Now a days I see kids who have graduated from University with 1 or even 2 degrees & are working at coffee houses & up to their eyeballs in debt. It's madness! Pure madness!!

Yeah i would rather work then have to pay huge debts for sitting in a classroom for years. i think a lot of students get a huge awakening when they realize the degree or whatever they went to school for doesen't give them a job. now they suddenly have to get a job and have no work experience and large debts have fun.

Well that's not what I was trying to say exactly. I was just commenting on the state of affairs for the young. Going to college for something in the medical field or engineering & trade schools are money well spent. But as for getting a degree in women's studies or some other useless degree. I'd say is a waste of time for the purposes of employment.

The debts are kind of meaningless tho. If you dont get a job you dont pay them back! U dont have to start paying them back u til u earn minimum of 15k a year

also, the four years at uni i had were worth the debt jus for the amount of pusssay tht was on offer and what i got! So much easier at uni!
