2. you're meeting some chick there you hit up on line (which probably doesn't even qualify).

Traveling especially. If I'm going to buck up for travel, I want to do what I want to do 100% of the time. I'm also not the guy who likes to travel just to stand in line and see major landmarks that I've already seen while I dodge strollers, picture-takers, etc. So that already puts me in a pretty big minority. If I do leave town with a girl, it's usually more of a vacation spot than a place you'd actually want to explore.Comment -

If you want to find some girls - i dont think going out alone is a bad idea. It seems like I got more action being on my own than with a group of friends. Lot of times in college my friends would want to leave and I'd already be drunk - so I'd tell them "if you wanna go, go. I'm staying". When I'm good and buzzed I can blend in and talk to people i dont even know. I always had more fun that way. Just shooting the shit with the same group of buds gets really old. Alcohol gave me that "dgaf confidence". So if you plan on getting hammered - going out alone is fine. I think some girls get intimidated when they see just a whole group of dudes, but its always been easier for me to talk to someone on an individual level when i am by myself.
However, if you are going out and not planning to drink much - then I dont see the point of going out alone. You'll be too aware of your alone-ness if you are not buzzed or drunk. And if you just want to watch a game, stay home and watch it. Its way cheaper and more comfortable.Comment -
