#15Rabbit is really good, no matter how you cook it.
I think it's either 3rd or 4th worldwide as far as what kind of meat people eat. Chicken is #1 by far, then duck, then I think rabbit. Pork and beef are further down.Comment -

#19Tame rabbit is the way to go. Does not get any more tender. Smoked is the best. Those tenderloins are unreal. Wild rabbit is much tougher. Gator tail is a not too distant second. Fried is the way to go here. Nothing wrong with elk either.Comment -
