My answer is probably Greg Giraldo.
Sandler seems like a REALLY good dude. His family sat next to mine at an outside restaurant in Malibu not long ago, he was about four feet from me the entire meal. During lunch this group of three people asked him for pics and pointed at their party of about 15-20. He said sure I will come over in a few minutes. He goes over and I kid you not THEY TOOK AT LEAST 12 different pictures with him, all with different damn people in each pic. No bull it took over 5 minutes, the balls on these people. He was nice and gracious and when he sat down even one of his family/friends was like "wow that was a bit much". Adam was real cool and said something to the effect that he has very little to complain about in life . I always liked him but it increased 10 fold watching and hearing this.

hard to pick. I think Delirious and Raw are probably the two best stand up performances but watching a coked out Robin Williams at the Met is classic too. When you watch a Richard Pryor performance and it still resonates 30+ years later, how do you beat that?

Besides Eddie Murphys Delirious and Raw, the best one I've seen was Dane Cooks, but I usually hate to admit that...But it was pretty solid.

I search his interviews out to listen. Always thought he'd be great to have a podcast, but rather just hear him on one a couple times a year, because he probably couldn't keep up with stories every week or couple times a week.
But on Joe Rogan he's good. On the DVDasa podcast.

His show is really good plus it's cool to be in a small room with mike... Not a true comedian although his slide show did get a ton of laughs
