"Waiting" is certainly not a new way of thinking. Neither is thinking single is better than marriage. Having been single and married, having taken care of both single and married men and women of all ages, getting married early is the way to go.

Don't rush it early, but be sure to marry a younger girl...that way you hit the hedge...get to do your thing for awhile and then grab up the wife straight out of college or near it. You're right about the leftovers...most girls that are 27+ and single are the ones that are nuts and will latch onto anything to get married...avoid at all costs. And the ones same age who were married early and divorced will be looking hard as well...especially with kids...they just look for anyone not a total loser who can get along with kids, stable job and they dont mind letting them crawl on and off a few times a week.

There is some truth to this....but it is because guys are "young, dumb, and full of ***" and can't see past next week. At some point (could be at 30, could be at 45) you will see that your life will not last forever and that you will be alone without a wife and family. Sure you will have friends and girlfriends and whatever. But there is nothing like family--and as your parents get old and your friends have families of their own--you realize you could could end up old and alone. Having a family is never being alone--and having kids, in a way, makes you immortal.

I don't mind the wife part.

I hate family. There couldn't be a bigger reason not to get married. I don't think there's a more over rated word in any language than "family". Kids are ungrateful shit makers. They are good for others, and other marriages.

Growing up here, I got all the normal BS about how great it is to be single because hot girls are a dime a dozen. But unless you are famous or powerful, that is a fantasy. Let's take it from a purely superficial level. Even a great looking guy with plenty of game and a solid job in Southern California would only be able to land a 10 maybe twice a year if he really tried (and I'm not talking about professionals). When you first see a girl, you don't notice her flaws, but then after a few weeks, you can see that she slouches, or she walks like a man, or one of her eyes is smaller than the other, or she looks better with clothes on than she does without, or whatever.....the list goes on.

So then let's say you are tired of banging slutty ugs, you land a 10 and she is into you, unattached at the moment and has a good personality. Most of the time, there is a good reason that she is unattached. Her ex left her but she is going to get back with him any time he comes back into the picture and drop you? She has some sort of major secret that would make any dude run? STD? Medical problems? Divorced? Kids? Still married? Drug addiction? History of abuse? The list is endless.

It's just like any economic system. There are inefficiencies that last for a short while, but it balances out in end. All other things held equal, women are jealous of other women who are married with a family. If they choose not to pursue that, there is a good reason and chances are you wouldn't want to find out what that reason is. I played with fire before and got caught up in the model/actress scene with some hot girls with major issues. It's like a tar trap -- hard to get out, even harder to forget about it.
