XC = 198.9 ohm
Z = 36.6 ohm

This is electronics or at least an engineering question, most non-industrial electricians don't deal with this stuff.

These look right, except for I, which should be about 3.28 A (I = V/Z)

if in the US, you should be on 120vac (or close to it), and 60 Hz from neutral to line, or 208 vac line to line
