Where Can You Download a Parlay Card?

Looking to print a few Parlay Cards for friends…. where do you find a template for this

there are a few pay sites that do these if you google parlay card templates. Know they do free trials so could save after using for week then just make your own changes

I mean yeah, it gives them a little bit of fun -- still in the college scene so its much easier to get a couple kids playing $1-$5 cards
