Watch how fast you gain size. It would be wise to punch some sets out... chest... biceps while you're popping scoops. #46I wish I could do peanut butter all day long! But I can't... I don't touch it. High in Fat. Great for size though. I just eat Chicken 24/7. Mix it with potato or oatmeal. Throw in some veggies... try to eat 5/6 plates a day. I weigh everything... on a scale... make sure everything is precise. I don't know why I do it... I just like doing it

#49Peanut butter works. I gained fat though in the process which is normal and now I need to cut but I eat like 2000-2200 a day. Kind of hard to eat less but I guess I'll have to somehow.Comment -
