                    If you're really serious about putting on some size... the healthy way. You don't need that weight gainer crap at GNC or any other company. Just scoops of peanut butter daily. Watch how fast you gain size. It would be wise to punch some sets out... chest... biceps while you're popping scoops. And don't worry about eating too much of it... your body will let you know when you don't need as much.

                        I wish I could do peanut butter all day long! But I can't... I don't touch it. High in Fat. Great for size though. I just eat Chicken 24/7. Mix it with potato or oatmeal. Throw in some veggies... try to eat 5/6 plates a day. I weigh everything... on a scale... make sure everything is precise. I don't know why I do it... I just like doing it

                          I like steak or chicken breast on the grill and asparagus. I'm a very picky eater...if it's exotic...not for me

                              Peanut butter works. I gained fat though in the process which is normal and now I need to cut but I eat like 2000-2200 a day. Kind of hard to eat less but I guess I'll have to somehow.

I already know I can out cardio/run you any day. Sprint or long distance. I can do that with my eyes closed. Make sure you take your shot just before we lift. Ok Bro?
