Just pointing it out. By your post you agree that they are both 1) lousy and 2) smack addicts. This is what we call a forum where we discuss things... I'm glad you agree!

Stevie Wonder has never been associated with smack or any drug for that matter and has credited clean living with his longevity and dedication to his craft. Ray Charles was indeed addicted but had a prolific career nonetheless.

And I'm not sure if their addiction has anything to do with their musical legacy. No, check that, it has no bearing on it whatsoever. The same way I would insist that John Lennon's spousal abuse has no affect on his legendary songwriting skills though it does give pause for cause when considering his song "Imagine".

If any failure a person has had in their personal life is enough to overshadow if not completely mitigate their success in their chosen profession then I submit to you that our Hall of Fames would be empty but out churches would be full.

Since they are visually impaired, these performances are nothing short of glorified panhandling.

I would have more respect for them if they proved to be "handicapable," by holding down a real job like the rest of us, and not banging on the piano, trying to elicit pity money from the peanut gallery.
