Its not the same. On full setting, but its not the same and making me sad. I had to restore to factory settings and its never been the same.
asus ultrabook win 7. how do i make it brighter what else can i do?

Try to hook up an external display. If it is sufficiently bright, the problem is with your built in display. Unfortunately ,some displays loose their brightness over time.

Goaler also on the screen that you have attached, click on Change Power Settings and go to Advance Power Settings. Find Display Brightness setting and make sure that it checked to 100% (mine is at 50% as you can see below).

Acer is the same class as your Asus...you normally would replace computers of that class every 2-4 years. It just the away it is.

never use it that bright, mine is just a bar over the lowest. That much brightness isn't good for your eyes.

I took it to a random Latvian store, sells fruit vegtables and various Latvian shit. Rocket he does everything on the side, so.. he fixed it

goaler, those Latvians are fukking crazy You might be better off with buying a new laptop, than trying to update a graphics card in laptop yourself.
