If your question was: Do I like Hitler? - No. In fact I think there are more neo-nazis in the US than there are in Germany.
If your question was: Would I have liked him if I would have lived back then? - No idea. The first years (33-39) were certainly good for the average 08/15 worker (if not a Jew) back then. This wouldn't have lasted though, even without war. My family didn't like him, but they had no problems with the Nazis as well (until the war started). It would have depended on your social situation and your family.

I was totally serious when I said Frankfurt is only about ~200km away from where I live and I wouldn't have had a problem to meet him for a beer or two. He said he'll check back in after a week or so. Never did. So I guess no beer for Seaweed.

Natural grass, and it's not even close when it comes to football (soccer). I like the way you can play with the ball on artificial turf a lot more, but when it comes to injuries etc, I'd choose grass every time. In fact there are some really great artificial turfs, but they are incredibly expensive. A 4th league club near my hometown (owned by a millionaire) has a really great artificial turf, but that did cost close to 300k Euro.

While I love all the little bullshit on the side with the Saloon and threads like these etc.: YES. I don't think mods should be forced to bet a certain amount of plays per week or anything (since you can't force plays), BUT I think that it would be pretty nice if they would actually discuss plays and stuff. There is way too much useless stupid shit on the side around here: Made up "outing ghosts" stories, poster of the week, day, hour, whatever. I don't give a fukk about all this wannabe-drama.
But the most important part: SBR should be a REAL watchdog again (just like jj used to be the players advocate not so long ago...). I get all the "we are paid by books" thing and it is alright - to a certain degree. There used to be a time, when SBR did care and did help players. Remember justin7 f.e. You can say a lot of things about him, but he did care and he did make decisions that were based on logic and that were just the RIGHT thing to do. When SBR decided to silence him and he wasn't allowed to say what he really thought (which was never the case before), THAT was when the downfall began. They threw Shari under the bus as well.

Bird would be cool because of, yeah: flying.
But I think being a dog is pretty great. I think my dog had a great life. You can sleep whenever you want, go outside whenever you want, your humans pet you etc. I think most dogs (if they are in loving families only of course) have a pretty chilled and great life. Yeah, if I absolutely had to choose an animal, it would be a dog I guess.

Honestly I would like to have something in the middle.
I don't think an operation should ruin you. When I think of a girl I know, a really good friend of mine - she had a stroke when she was 21. Out of the blue. Wasn't smoking, drinking, nothing. It just happened. Since then, the complete left side of her body is paralyzed. In a case like that, I am absolutely happy, that she is here in Germany. Because all her multiple operations, all her lifelong treatments and medications, her rehab training etc., it is all payed.
On the other hand, I myself, am terribly pissed when I see how much I am paying. Because I never go to a doc (unless it's something serious or the half year dentist check up). So basically I am paying for all the fat fukks that get diabetis, etc etc etc. So because I am healthy, I recieve basically nothing, but pay for all assholes that don't give a shit about what they eat, drink, etc. Some of my friends are working in hospitals. When you hear stories like: "Well that 50 year old bitch came in with an alcohol level of 4.8, we had to clean her stomach etc. Guess what, 20 hours later she was back again" you get REALLY pissed, because this bitch gets her bills paid with my insurance as well. But then again: if I ever get cancer, a stroke, whatever (knock on wood that doesn't happen), I know that I don't have to worry about money. Because I'll get a good and fast treatment because of my insurance.

Yeah of course, same here. For every unnecessary visit of a doc from an idiot that thinks he has cancer because he had a headache for 2 days WE have to pay. Of course. Or look at all the old people (at least here in Germany) that visit a doctor "just because". Just because they have nothing better to do than sitting in a waiting room a whole day because "well, I'm 80 and my back hurts when I get up in the morning"

People call the ambulance for all type of nonsense day in day out. Oh I hit my head, call the ambulance. Oh I drank too much, call the ambulance, etc etc etc. Would want to punch all these assholes in the face.
But when I had my acromioclavicular joint separation a few years ago, and I really NEEDED an ambulance, I got a bill a few weeks later from my insurance that I should pay a small percentage from the cost of the ride. Something laughable like 6 Euros or so. I wrote back and told them they can suck my dick. Said I never take anything from them, I only pay, pay, pay, year in year out, and that I expect these assholes to pay the laughable 0.75% or so themselfs. Otherwise they should take me to court, my girl is a lawyer. I never heard back from them. Hell, even the paper and the time it took to write and send the bill was worth more than these 6€ or whatever.

Was a soccer injury. I had loads of injuries, but that one was BY FAR the most fukking painful I ever had. Damn, that shit HURTS!!

The only study I found right now (just did a quick search) is ten years old (from 2004), but yeah seems like he was close. Cologne for example had rain on 263 days.
I found another from 2013 that says they had 1042 liters rain per square meter in the Saarland in 2013.
