You will "feel" better but in regards to your immune system, you are doing it harm.
It's the same when you drink when it's cold outside and you feel warm when in actuality your core is dropping in temperature.

I don't see anything good coming out of it. There's no benefits, it may not necessarily make you feel worse at the time, but it certainly won't help the situation.
