Truck Driver Pulled Over For Honking At Speeding Cop

Notice the mask in the truck.

Why would anyone draw attention to themselves by honking at a cop for driving too fast is beyond me.
He might've been going to an accident or a robbery or in this case going home. Cop might've thought
the trucker needed help.

I drive over the limit myself. To have a cop fly by me means he's in front of me and not behind me.
