I wonder what Les Gold from Hardcore Pawn would offer the seller if he brought this into his shop?

It's probably legit claiming 10kt weight gold on the chain which is probably all it was and diamond chips in the ring at 14K. A gram of gold is about $40. A 10kt gram is about $18.

Unless the buyer is a hardcore fan, this is scrap gold.

Between the 10k gold in the chain and the 14k gold in the ring there is roughly $3,000 in gold here. I don't know what the weight of the diamonds are, but those tiny diamonds probably are not worth much.
