I watched it last night and I don't see why it seems to be universally loved by people and critics.

Wanted to turn it off 40 mins in but gave it a chance. Uneventful the whole way through...I get the point of it but damn it's boring and the only thing good is a few minutes of Olivia Wilde and Amy Adams. It tries to be so unique and have an underlying meaning but it was dumb.

Agreed, I think people enjoyed thinking it was something creative with a hidden meaning to how relationships really are.

It was just creepy and pointless to me. Nothing like how things really are.

I think I may be a movie snob or some shit, not sure the word. I watched Dallas Buyers Club last night and thought it was a good one. It wasn't as great as the reviews made it seem but one of the better movies I have seen in awhile, no complaints. Now I'm watching 21 Jump Street so that I can see the new one but damn, 12 minutes in and I want to turn it the fck off.

Anytime a movie is cheered and revered as 'a masterpiece' and 'the most imaginative theatrical experience of our time' and all the random accolades from coffee stained teeth editors and men who wear skinny jeans and the usual award types.....it's a pass for me.

Who knows anymore, just watched Adam Sandler's new movie Blended. I really enjoyed it, way more than any of the other movies I've watched recently. I may not be the best judge of movies.
