Haha nah I have several years of wing tsun street fighting training under me (note NOT this octagon entertainment where rules apply. Also have offense and defensive weapons training)...

I would dare the person to do something about it. Im talking years ago though...

When I was in 3rd grade a 4th grader pinned down my arms and spit in my eye. I was a late grower and I could most likely beat him to a pulp today. If I were to see him in present time I wouldn't say or do anything. It was a long time ago and kids will be kids.

If someone purposely spits on you, it is criminal battery. I saw a case where a guy tried to spit on someone and the lugie landed on the victim's shoe. The spitter was found guilty and spent a weekend in jail.
