I was 8 years old when I was called a honky by other kids at a park my father was playing softball at. I remember asking him what it was. He told me that it was a word that the colored people called whites. He grew up in brooklyn and he already tuned up many of their kind and told me to let it go because most of them are uncivilized animals and one day I would understand what he meant. He was right.
