I guess I did what someone would call a "hack" in 2001. I had a friend who was a statistician for the Vikings and he gave me a pass that some reporter left or lost. It was just a big piece of pink paper, laminated, which I would put on my jeans. I would walk through this little side door and point to the paper and they let me in. It worked great. I could stand on the field (no seats) and got in the press box a few times and scarfed down free hotdogs and BBQ.
The next year they changed the color of the paper, so it didn't work.Comment -
