What I was saying is our marketing group will sell our blocks of ads to networks with terms. They give us a snippet of code that they control serving their ad network. We put that snippet within our own ad frame. Sometimes Google adwords has a site that competes with SBR in their ad network and displays on our site. Sometimes an agency puts up something we don't necessarily like. In our next term we will probably say no blinking gif banners and add in language about silly claims. I think most people see it as satirical to attract attention.
