List One Of Your Favorite Alcoholic Beverages You Like To Drink And How You Make It

I'm trying to get a few ideas in making low calorie, low sugar, but best tasting cocktails. I know... it's hard to do. But I'm trying. And I'm kinda buzzed right now. But I want to hear some of your drinks and how you prepare it. High calorie... low calorie... I don't care. I need drink ideas for this Summer.

Here's what I made so far. Never made this before...

1/2 ounce Bombay Sapphire Gin
4 ounces Diet Tonic Water
1/2 ounce lemon juice
3 squirts Powerade Zero Fruit Punch

It actually tasted pretty good.

My second drink... wow... 2 ounce of Bombay. And I'm kinda bombed.

Whiskey, straight. No mixers. If you can't do it straight, try Lipton Diet Green Tea as a mixer, or Diet Mountain Dew. No carbs in any of it, and you take out the calories with the diet drinks. The calories in booze though, not much you can do about that.

I am a beer drinker but I prefer designer drugs more than drinking.... I was a big advocate of A1 Yola for 20 years... but now really into 2CB, 2CI and other great designer drugs we have in Tel Aviv... No sort of comedown at all, I love it.... When I drink hard stuff I prefer a Moscow Mule

I just got back into vodka and tonics after basically forgetting about them and switching to Crown Royal and ginger ale with a splash of soda water (known as a Presbyterian for all you older fukks - not me of course) after many years.
My choice of vodka is Kettle One or Stolichnaya. Question here is: Has anyone tried the diet tonic water? I used to despise die coke or pepsi when I was drinking Captain Morgan and coke many moons ago so I am reluctant to try diet tonic water (yes, tonic water has 110 calories per one of those little pony bottles). Let me know boys.

I tried it for the first time when I made my first post in this thread. It's just plain garbage. But I'll deal with it. Just adds an extra so you don't get smoked taking a shot. As for the diet pop/soda routine... yep I've been there. god I hate it. Captain and regular Coke is my favorite. Simple and tastes great. You mix Captain with anything DIET... god awful. I tried that new Dr. Pepper 10... it's ok.. it's a little sweeter. But you can still taste that DIET after taste. Yuck. I might have to man up and just do the SUGAR.

Sometimes! I do put a cherry in my drink at times.

a couple ounces gin
a couple ounces ginger beer
fill the rest of the glass to the top with Guinness.

Sounds gross, but it is amazing.. Try it, you'll love it.
Just be careful because it goes down very easily..

I found it in a book once, I think it was called an "Evelyn Waugh Noontime Reviver" or something like that..

I had this same problem when I was a vodka tonic drinker. Tonic is backloaded with sugar and not what you want to be putting into your body at 3AM if you're trying not to be fat. I switched to vodka/soda-water and never looked back. To keep some of the sweetness, I would use a flavored vodka, then moved to Ciroc, since the plain version does have some inherent sweetness, and now I've gone to basic vodka/soda. It was a 10 year transition, but I got there.
