These helicoptering parents need to let their kids actually grow up!
I would never consider hiring a person that brought a parent along with them. It's cool if they just need a ride and the parent stays in the car, but to come inside the building and participate in the interview is outrageous.

What’s more, a full 3 percent actually had their parents sit in on their job tryout.

Just the opposite where my wife works. (K-mart) Helicopter moms will come in and raise hell why their
that's insane, 8 percent bringing their parents is bad enough. 3 percent actually brought them in, unreal.
