There was a tiny piece on this on the news. He was also apparently robbed along with being beaten. Some woman who watched it all go down was heard saying "He got his"

like Da Mansteri bosigga and others have said the kid inexplicably ran right in front of the car. It would have been impossible to avoid the kid. I noticed all the stores including the liquor store have "bridge card" displayed prominently on the outside facades. Looked it up of course it's basically a welfare card.Comment -
