This is very normal i got bailed out 2 days after SuperBowl Sunday and my patron that bailed me out had to go down themselves. Me or you cannot do anything.

False.

Unless it's a drug offense or fraud , they return all of your money back in the form of a check once you leave the jail.

usually there is a slip and whoever sigsn the bond slip has to be the one to pick it up. So if you gave the money to your family member and they bailed themselves out then yes they have to. If you paid the bond then you should have the slip and your name would be on it. In that case though if your name is on the slip you are responsible for them while they are out on the streets

not true at all...had over 400 bucks on me once...got it all back together with some loose change

whoever signed the bond slip has to get it. Im in the same situation. My boss bailed me out for 1000 when my case is over I cant go near that money. He has the bond slip he has to get it
