I partially dislocated my shoulder one time and it's pretty worthless now

I was playing craps one time and a dice flew off the table. Went to catch it by reflex and popped the shoulder out again

I aggravated it playing craps, that's not how I originally injured it

Last time I ran sprints it was on the paved road beside my place one night

Tore my hamstring going full speed and had no choice but to eat pavement and go tumbling

Had to somehow get back home in excruciating pain, so I had to drag one leg for about 150 yards

I passed one guy walking his dog, I'm sure I looked like something out of the walking dead
