Great question really is im usually A happy person can get over things quickly and regroup fast. But lately some things have been sticking with me so Idk should be interesting to hear some ppl define what their happiness equals...

Depends on your definition of success. I've met plenty of successful, wealthy people who at their core, aren't happy.
As long as I'm healthy and have a happy family, everything else is gravy. My main mission in life is to raise my son to be a respectful, good man.

Happiness is being able to put your head on the pillow at night and being able to sleep with nothing on your mind.Its been at least 5 years since I had that feeling.
