#54BigBoyDan, did you know a poster that used to go by the name Mr. Cunning? He was one of the founding fathers here at SBR, and used to moderate from early 2008 until around the middle of 2009, and then suddenly disappeared without a trace. If you know anything about the industry, you would know all about his insider trading business. What can you tell me about him?Comment -

#57Jesus! Apparently you do know about him. He would use many aliases as a way to remain underground, and I've seen the last names Stafford and Cunningham on his resume, especially when he was traveling through South America on one of his "business" ventures. #1. Was it true you guys were working on a patent, along with his brother-in-law, that was going to revolutionize the gambling industry?
#2. Whatever happened to it? I lost track of the information in the spring of 2010. Suddenly my calls weren't being returned and Stafford/Cunningham was on the run from the feds.

Haven't talked with "Cunningham" or Scott "Ganch" in about a year now. Hopefully they're doing well. Good peeps in my bookComment -

Anyways, to answer your question.
I mentioned this concept to Bill when I arrived with Onlooker back in 2005 and was told that it wasn't a good fit at the time. So then around the 2007 range I mentioned to Bill, MofoMe and even John via a PM (and maybe even an Email or two) about the Idea about installing an SBRsportsbook and some type of digital money like the chuckee cheese tickets you can cash in for prize, cash or whatever and I didn't hear any response back from anyone so I dismissed it and thought they didn't want to go that route. Well, the next thing I know were at the 2008 bash and the entire staff was at lunch and I hear their going to install the SBRsports book and prizes, ect, ect. Needless to say I was was livid as anyone would be if your idea was stolen and rubbed in your face especially in that type of manor.
Needless to say I quit and still got stalked for many years after that and have had many other concepts stolen from me along the way..... Enough is enough though !
BTW, I know logic doesn't really factor into this industry at times but who in their right mind would make a claim of this nature if it weren't the truth. I give you my word all the above is true and a man is only as good as his word IMO.Comment -

Hiring an attorney will only cost you money and net you nothing and whistleblowing won't get you any money either, it just may cause troubles for those that stole your idea.

I have a few questions now:
1. Have you tried to reach out to them off the forum (phone/letter/E-Mail/etc) and if yes: what was the answer
2. you said "via a PM and maybe even an Email or two". Emails yes, or no, or not sure? If yes: do you still have the Mails?
3. onlooker knows/knew that you mentioned this concept (SBRsportstbook and betpoints)?
4. Who else knew? Just John, Bill, MofoMe, onlooker?
5. When you were at lunch at the bash and you heard them talking about installing a sportsbook etc: What was your reaction, or better action? Did you say something to them?
6. Do you still think that I am a ghost of anyone, AND more importantly: why do you always throw around those accusations to everyone? Do you honestly believe that, or is it just joking around?Comment -

That's just it... An idea is only worth what somebody wants to pay for it but, the real question is how much will it generate is truly what it's worth. Truth be told I feel the 7 10 10 with the 3% going to health care fund.
*Please note:
The reasoning why I'm wanting the 3% going to the healthcare fund is because I know how important it truly is for Americans to have it and that's why I'm willing to give up that type of in-perpetuity percentage (3%) to help do my part.Comment
