If you are forced to use your moms card.. Can't imagine getting to that point in life, but that's another story... You need to create an account under her name and basically just pretend you are her. Just make sure you have a copy of the card, her license, and probably a utility bill with her name and address on it in case you ever want to cash out. They have no way of knowing that it is not her actually playing on the account.
