Currently buying and selling is extremely unlimited but it does take the hours and knowledge myself having 42 years of it.

Couple of days ago I bought Khoo Sui Hoe painting for $10

In today's market (christies, sotheby's) it would net $30,000. This painter is 74 and in bad health and if he dies (God forbid) his works will skyrocket.
