Are there any decently cheap website builders that aren't based on templates, I really enjoy making my own designs but haven't had time to master HTML code. What would you guys recommend?

without learning how to code you will be stuck to some sort of structure no matter what.. so its either find a website like webix or whatever it's called and design around their structure or you learn how to code..
