Need to bounce this off of the forum for feedback. January 1 evening, I was handling my cell phone with making sure some transactions..business..were going smooth. A couple of customers called with issues regarding this, I was in the bathroom and before that sleeping from exhuastion. The business was involving tickets to a sporting event..couple of people had issues getting into said event that night. She has been clear this isn't for her, she has shutdown if u will..and i guess i can understand that somewhat. But, this was a crisis that was not known and thought would happen. She put forth 5 percent effort, and then i thought i was in a psych ward or watching the exorcist. She entered the mental state of whackadoo..crying and repeating I really tried etc..it was something I never have seen before..even when I worked in a psych hospital...is this something that can happen in other ways..we r oth in our 40's....feedback pls

I apologize for not explaining myself properly. I asked her to handle the phones fo 2 hrs whileI slept...no calls were expeted unless there was an issue. Once an issue arose, paid customer not having tickets ready for them at the venue, she entered the deer in headlights syndrome. It was kind of like me not helping her after she fell down, instead I would just stare and be frozen. pscho shit...we r engaged...which makes i worse...lololComment -

Yep, menopause. Just like pregnancy, hormones raging, only it lasts for years instead of 9 months.
My wife and I are in our 50's. She is taking a mild sedative and something for hot flashes from the doctor.
DO NOT HAVE THE DOCTOR PUT HER ON ESTROGEN! A friend has been taking estrogen and is now having
uterine cancer scares. Waiting on a biopsy.

Would need to know more. If you explained what she needed to do as well as you it explained it to us I'd say she probably didn't have a fuggin clue as what to do, sounds like she was set up for failure.
If you want a spouse or child to help in the family business set them up with some beginners shat they can succeed in and build from there. We are all afraid of failure. Handling calls from customers who have an immediate and critical issue doesn't sound like that set her up for to succeed.Comment -
