Not sure what your price range vs standards are...but I know that Treasure Island was running some good deals a few weeks back. Not sure if they are still going or not. I like it because it's got a decent location. The mirage next door usually has fair prices also.
If you like higher end places, Aria and Vdara (no casino) usually aren't that bad compared to the other higher end places.
It really comes down to where you like to be. Each area has something a little different.Comment -

Are you okay with stained bed sheets, torn upholstery and paper-thin walls? There's a seedy motel nearby suitable for just about anyone's budget. An SBR poster went to vegas by bus, lost his ass playing roulette and when it came time to catch some zees it was either the aforementioned motel or a park bench.
