#36I always loved my Golf. I couldn't go back to a TDI though. GTI or R would be a minimal requirement.Comment -

#37Was driving my friend's A7 yesterday and it is awesome. Had a Cayenne Turbo for a bit before i left country and it was a beast. Wouldn't be upset if i had any of them though.

Just pointing out cadillac is not the power it once was in the market. They are having a little recent success which as an American I am of course happy about. However cadillac is "an old persons car". Ask you people in the street on this forum, anywhere to name top 3 brands of car and cadillac will virtually never be mentioned . Hopefully cadillac can change that but it won't be easyComment -

#40Jaguar XF, preferably the R version. Jags don't have as many bells and whistles as the German cars, in terms of technology, but they duly compensate with comfortability, design, and feedback from the steering and breaking ditto. Also, where I live, most have the german cars or Tesla, so IMO the Jag stands out.

#49You guys can all say your BMW, Porsche , caddy, etc etc is the best. . Except for the new Audi models I have had every single one of the brands we are rating. In my opinion none comes close to the SL550. Perfect balance of comfort and performance . I have the 2013 and it tops all the luxury cars I have had previously, sedan, sport, or SUVComment -

#52Had a blue Cayenne 415hp standard. Got it new never had a single problem until it hit 55k miles. Warranty ran out at 50k btw. Clutch went out = $5k. Fixed it, drove it to Lexus and got the LS570 SUV. Loved that fuggin Porsche but its like having a trophy wife, you'll pay dearly for that ride.Comment -

There hasn't been a really exciting new car since the McLaren F1, or maybe the Veyron.
