Classes started yesterday, feel good about them so far. Thinking maybe $250 on books, looks like I'm going to get them all for under $150, not bad. Even better both of my history professors don't believe in standard tests, so none of that scantron bullshit, 5 months to go.

Little road bump here. After consulting with the resident SBR docs at the tables last night went to the dr's and I do indeed have plantar faciitis. Shit feels like someone set fire to part of the bottom of my left foot, feel it with every step. Most likely no gym this weekend.Comment -
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuukk that. Just hoping rest will help. There's good days and bad days so far, wish I could take about 4 days and not have to stand up unless necessary. Life doesn't let that happen though and I have some volunteer work I signed up for that requires extensive time on my feet this next week. Last two months have flown by. I was offered a job about 5 weeks back that paid me about 7k a year more than I was previously making. Couldn't turn it down, so my goal of waiting until July or August to return to the daily grind was nixed. Love the job so far and see a lot of potential in the company and where I can go with it. Just 4 weeks of class left then I'll have my degree under my belt. Going to be moving across town next week and it's been a real hassle getting everything ready for that while attending class 3 days a week and working 50+ plus the drive (hour one way, but that's over with after this week). In general can't complain, my new place is a bit nicer than this one and has its own weight and training room and a pretty damn nice pool.
Year is definitely turning into one of the best yet.

Fukkin Fresno still trying to email me a degree. No matter how many times I tell them I didn't attend. Final papers turned in and at worst I'm guaranteed an A and two B's. Semester went a hell of a lot smoother than I planned after I started working again in March. I moved into my new place about 4 weeks ago and it's a ton nicer than my old place. Graduation ceremonies are Saturday the 10th, after that I'll decide in the next few weeks whether I want to pursue my Master's or see where my current career path takes me. Either way this year is quickly becoming one of my best ever.
On the gambling side (I've made no real $ bets in a long long time) I have a free ballin ass trip to Vegas at the end of the month. Going to be a hell of a weekend. Just have to get through the next 3 weeks.Comment -
