Its for recreational use. And the recreational usage(basically if you do not have medical card for marijuana)
will cost more then if you do possess one. You can smoke it right on the streets .
You can also just be visiting and still get a quarter ounce of hydro

You don't need a license to buy it in Colorado, for recreational purposes. You will need to show government ID, since you have to be 21 to purchase it. If you don't have a Colorado ID, you're limited to buying a 0.25 ounce. Colorado residents can purchase up to 1 oz. There is a 25% tax on recreational purchases. You will not be able to smoke marijuana in public (because of the same anti-smoking laws that exist for smoking tobacco).

1/8s of an ounce are selling for 70,80 because of the demand. An 1/8 of an ounce or 3.5 grams usually sells for 50..

This legal weed shit is going to spread like wildfire. It seems like a buying opp. Get in on the ground floor type of thing. Are there going to be "cafes" where people can sit and smoke? Or is it going to be an out of sight kind of thing?

I grew weed all thru college, but I feel like it's too late to be the grower, you'll be competing against huge indoor/outdoor farms. Same with trying to open a dispensary...Maybe open a cafe?

It doesn't have to be a cafe. It's just that there's things I'm not thinking of when it comes to legal weed.

Legal alcohol means theres a company making barstools to sell to taverns. I'm not talkng about paraphernalia, that market is saturated. Same with producing seeds, a million bong and seed companies waiting for the doors to open.

IDK I'm just thinking out loud, It's gonna be big business, all the way down to people delivering dime bags on bicycles.
