I've tried every over the counter remedy and then some. I'm diagnosed with Mania so far the only thing to slow me down is time. Sadly a lot of time.

and like that I'm fukked for the night. Went to bed at 9, fell asleep around 10 or so, get two calls from different people at 1am, two and a half hours later and I'm wide fukkin awake. Now I'll probably fall asleep at 6 and wake up at 3. Fukk
