Never realized just how addictive it can be. Watching my brother struggle to kick the habit is brutal. I always thought that most people who "can't" stop simply don't wish to stop smoking. Man was I wrongs.

I smoked for 14 years, I tried every way to quit without success, I have been smoke free for 2 years because of E-cigs. It doesnt work for everyone but it worked for me. You still get nicotine but not all the other 2000 chemicals. My lungs feel better and I sleep better.Comment -
