I think they may have known about it and shrugged it off thinking it could never happen. No real hard evidence and no one credible has come forward. Too many people would have had to have been involved in it to keep quiet. We're talking 1000's.

Nope. Don't need thousands of people if you have time to plan it. For all we know it could have been planned for a fukkin decade or more. People who actually worked in the twin towers say they saw teams of people, from a company they couldn't find after the attacks, close off entire floors of the buildings and work on the elevator shafts.

For all we know, they could have been planting devices right out in the open with no one suspecting a thing. Doesn't take thousands of people to do the work if you have enough time.

Yeah, the government couldn't even stay open earlier in the year because they couldn't work out a deal. How in the hell do people think they could coordinate something like 9/11 and keep it hush hush.

There were some interesting things going on with the markets pre 9/11 but I don't think the government was behind it. At the very least, maybe out our intelligence failed but I do not think our government was behind the attack at all.

I just responded because I recently went to Manhattan (last month).

The new tower, One World Trade Center, is almost complete. I went up in the observation deck of the empire state building and had a great few.

New York is crazy. So many people crowded in such a small place.

Where are you getting your facts from? 100 floors were not on fire in the WTC.

One Meridian Plaza stood for years after the fire while the case was held up in litigation on deciding what to do with the building. It was never in danger of collapse at any point.
