Beards are not really accepted in most parts of usa, maybe if your rich it does not matter but I would advise against it. Guys with beards are creepy and cannot be trusted.

A beard is a show of manhood. Grow it out! I keeps a beard in the winter months. Come spring I trim it a bit but it's there year round.
