Don't know. He left on good terms but eog's shtick was when they hired an SBR'er they got them to burn their bridge back. When things went bad at eog Mo had no where to go. So my guess is he took to some other pursuit outside of the industry. Haven't had any contact with him in years.

I suppose every hire that does not work out can be considered a mistake. That's the nature of business, some work out and some don't.

I stop short of "admitting it was a mistake" because you have to give a guy an opportunity and see what he does with it. It wasn't predestined to be a mistake. Mo actually thought he made a vertical move when he left SBR for EOG's offer.

Lou came in a few weeks after Mo to take his place with the same opportunity and to his credit has made the most of it. Hence Mo was his own worse enemy and blew an opportunity.
