Just buy LG tv's. They never disappoint. Have had one for 6 years now, 50" 720p plasma.... screen's still like the first day I had it. Can get the 1080p plasma's on Amazon for under $600 now, much cheaper than what I shelled out.

yes, konck i did read the customer reviews and many of them were extremely disappointed with the product. it is impossible to get one fixed after their lousy 1 year warranty. also not built in usa, but assembled in detroit of all places by bitter ex auto plant employees who are making minimum wage.

it's marked down from 600$, and you should be able to buy a warranty 3-5 yrs for like 50$.

It doesn't matter what the brand is, most of them are going to break down after 2-5 yrs anyway..that's why it's smart to get that warranty. And for 229$ who gives a FUK!!!
