Just got offered a nice engineering position there but my focus is this "teamGM Performance Plan" where it states I am eligible for a yearly bonus of 9% +/- how the company and my performance is over the year.
I'm wondering if this is possible to hit or is more like 4-5% and they are just trying to up the ante on my offer.
Anyone have tips on trying to get some extra $ from the offer as well?
