Coochy honestly politics and religion never work well in any situation for me personally. I support those who have served and will serve, because I know what it looks like on the battlefield, not because of corrupted politicians or idiots that sit behind a desk playing tug of war with each other.
Nothing but respect from me including other countries service men and women that I have served alongside with. (British, Canadian, even Australians in the mountains of Afghanistan). I know what it feels like to miss holidays and birthdays with loved ones, I know what it feels like to carry your platoon sgt to a blackhawk under heavy indirect fire. You can continue to prove your intelligence by insulting me but I do not care to debate idealisms, Im only in this thread to honor those who have served.

If the wars you guys are in were "just" then I wouldn't have such an issue here but the reasoning has proven to be BS and as a result millions have been innocently killed/injured and displaced as a result of a few thousand deaths in a one off incident...
Sure the 9/11 families hurt but are the millions of victims as a result of war on the other side of the world (perpetrated by you guys. Lets be honest here) not share the same ideals of family and friends, much as you do??
I'm pleased/freaked out that somewhere in the horrificness of war your somehow able to find something positive but how many of your fellow soldiers come back from war suffering from PTSD or some similar mental illness after seeing the shit they've seen??
That shit you carry around like a dead weight for the rest of your days but do you think those responsible for putting you in that situation to begin with care less??
