Cottage cheese, medium roast coffee in my overpriced Keurig machine, and maybe some toast.

But when I go 0-2 in recently posted picks on SBR, I don't eat-

Instead I stare at my wall furiously like the man in this picture (no I'm not Indian)

Like konck and RR, but I use the NutriBullet. Milk, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, banana, splash of flax seed oil and cayenne pepper.

JMon good stuff ...interesting touch there with cayenne pepper. Are you adding that for the taste or the nutritional value?

Cayenne pepper has many health benefits, but mainly great for the heart. Bad history of heart problems in my fam

I'm surprised so many of you know to avoid carbs for breakfast, nice job!

I've got to get into juicing in the morning. I have a Ninja blender with food processor attachment. Can I still make good juices with that? Will I lose all of the fiber benefits of the food if I do?

No white carbs or refined sugars for 6 days a week, then every Saturday I pig on all of it, and lay around on the couch like a blob and watch NCAAF. I'm also trying to wean off of 5-hr energy shots too, so if this has the awakening benefits you guys say it does, I'm on board.

stick with this for a week, and you're going to be telling everybody you know to just buy a damn ninja and make smoothies for breakfast. the energy is just insane, bro, and it lasts for hours and hours.
